La Cerreta is situated in the hills covered by Mediterranean woodlands, which form a part of the Val di Cornia Parklands, on the border of Livorno& Grosseto provinces, & only 15 Km from the sea.

How to get here:

Coming from the north: leave the motorway at Rosignano Marittimo, moving straight onto the dual carriageway towards Grosseto. Take the exit marked Sassetta & follow the signs until you reach the entrance of the village. From there follow the signs for La Cerreta. Coming from the south: Take the Grosseto-Livorno dual carriageway, & leave it at the Venturina exit. Follow the signs for 1st Suvereto & then Sassetta (taking the low road) until you find signs to La Cerreta.
